We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Content Specialist to oversee the entire content creation process and ensure the delivery of top-quality content across all marketing channels. This role requires close collaboration with graphic designers, social media managers, and the digital marketing team to develop engaging content that aligns with our brand strategy. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the Arabic language and culture, with the ability to create and modify content that resonates with our target audience.
- Create, edit, and proofread content for websites, social media, marketing campaigns,
and other digital channels. - Develop and manage content plans and calendars to support overall marketing
objectives. - Collaborate with designers, social media managers, and digital marketing teams to
produce visually compelling and impactful content. - Monitor content performance using analytics and provide recommendations for
optimization. - Ensure all content is consistent with brand voice, tone, and style guidelines.
- Conduct research and analysis to generate new content ideas and stay updated on
industry trends. - Optimize content for SEO and user engagement, ensuring it meets technical and
creative standards. - Develop copy that drives user engagement and supports our marketing strategies,
including mobile user acquisition metrics (CPI, CPM, and conversion rates).
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in content creation, content marketing, or digital content
management. - Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills in both Arabic and English (Arabic
preferred). - Proven experience in developing content strategies and managing content projects.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and digital marketing strategies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet daily production goals.
- Strong understanding of Arabic culture and its application in content creation.
- Familiarity with A/B testing, creative optimization techniques, and user engagement
strategies. - Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with
cross-functional teams. - A strong portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of creative styles and formats.
