My client a Saudi chocolate production company active since 2014 is looking for a Chief Commercial & Operations Officer in Riyadh. Reporting to Owner and managing a team of 60, you will lead a team of Manufacturing, Sales, Finance and Admin. Below more details:
- Oversee day-to-day production, packaging, and distribution operations.
- Take full responsibility for the company’s P&L (Profit & Loss), ensuring cost control, efficiency, and profitability.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing processes, safety, and quality standards.
- Develop and execute production plans to meet sales forecasts and customer demand.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards (e.g., HACCP, ISO, FDA, SFDA).
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and R&D teams to align operations with business goals.
- Manage budgets, inventory, and resource allocation.
- Drive automation, process improvement, and waste reduction initiatives.
Qualifications and Experience:
- University graduate.
- Experienced in chocolate business.
- Experienced in sales, operations management and P&L ownership.
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Capable of leading 50+ staff across departments.
- Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
