The Education Content Marketing Creative Specialist is responsible for transforming approved educational content into high-impact marketing creatives that communicate company’s learning value clearly, emotionally, and credibly. This role bridges education, creativity, and marketing execution, ensuring that educational assets are translated into short-form, multi-channel content that drives engagement, trust, and conversion, while strictly preserving academic accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
1.Educational Content Translation (Marketing Layer)
- Review and select approved educational assets provided by the Education & Contentteams.
- Translate complex educational concepts into clear, student- and parent-friendlymarketing messages.
- Ensure all marketing content reflects the real learning value of the product withoutexaggeration or academic distortion.
2.Creative Content Development
●Create and adapt content across multiple formats, including:
○Short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)
○Motion graphics and animations
○Visual and text-based educational hooks
○Campaign and launch creatives
●Apply the Hook → Message → CTA framework consistently across all assets.
●Ensure content aligns with ULA’s brand tone, characters, and visual identity.
3.Campaign & Sprint Execution
●Deliver creative assets within defined production cycles and deadlines.
●Support exam-driven and seasonal campaigns with urgency-based storytelling.
●Prepare production-ready content for handoff to Social Media, Performance, and CRMteams.
4.Cross-Functional Collaboration
●Work closely with the Creative Team Specialist on execution and quality control.
●Align with Education & Content teams to ensure accuracy and relevance.
●Collaborate with Marketing channel teams to adapt content for different platforms andobjectives.
5.Performance Awareness & Optimization
●Monitor content engagement and performance feedback.
●Refine hooks, messaging, and pacing based on insights.
●Maintain alignment between marketing communication and product experience.
Qualifications
●2–4 years of experience in content marketing, creative production, or digital media.
●Experience creating short-form content for digital platforms.
●Strong Arabic communication skills (spoken and written); English is a plus.
●Experience working with designers, editors, or animation teams.
Preferred Background
●Experience in EdTech, education platforms, or exam-focused products.
●Familiarity with student and parent decision-making behaviors.
●Exposure to KSA education market or similar regional context.
●Experience working in fast-paced, campaign-driven environments.
